Refund Policy

If a company/organization/employer chooses to withdraw completely from the Kappa Alpha Psi Career Fair event, the following refund policy will apply. Once you have been notified that your registration has been approved, our refund/cancellation policy is in effect. All changes and cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Marc Reed, at [email protected] .
ii. Cancellations & Refunds:
1. We will provide refunds with notice 2 weeks in advance of the virtual event. Outstanding bills for the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated must be paid by January 8, 2021 week prior to the event and may prevent participation in future events hosted by The Des Moines Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated, if not paid prior to the event. The Des Moines Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated is not able to refund event registration fees based on organization dissatisfaction with the number of participants that organizations meet with. No Shows: Organizations that do not check in on the day of the event during the provided check in time frame will be considered a “no show.” A refund will not be granted.
